The 50-unit rental building was designed to meet Passive House standards for energy efficiency. This includes highly insulated walls, high-performance windows and building orientation to optimize solar gain. This Passive House is the largest that is certified in British Columbia.

This project consists of two six storey strata buildings in British Columbia’s fastest growing municipality. Designed by Lovick Scott Architects, Tower A and B consist of 123 units with a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom + den apartments that share an underground parkade with 137 spaces, conjoining the two buildings.
