As CEO of Western Canadian Construction Company LTD, Dave Steele leads the vision for the company. Over the past 30 years, the team has actively developed and renovated over 100 projects with over 12,000 properties throughout Alberta, BC & the Western United States. The company prides itself on its attention to detail and its ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.Mr. Steele has been actively involved in the growth of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), a non-profit organization which now has over 11,000 members worldwide. In 1993/94, Mr. Steele served as EO’s International president. Dave has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in finance from the University of Calgary.

Prior to joining Western Canadian Construction Company, Jim Ferrie was the President of James Alexander Construction (JAC). JAC specialized in commercial building and completed many projects including the construction and renovation of municipal buildings, ice arenas, and distribution warehouses. Through his years as president of JAC, Jim worked with major clients including The City of Vancouver, Costco, Safeway, and Brookfield Lepage Johnson Controls.Jim was responsible for overseeing all aspects of development, construction, sales and marketing of the 62 unit award winning beachfront development, Qualicum Landing. Jim’s direct involvement in this project helped Qualicum Landing win 14 Construction Achievements and Renovations of Excellence awards and 3 Georgie awards including the Grand Georgie Award for the Best Residential Community in B.C. Since then, Mr. Ferrie has been responsible for overseeing the development and construction for the Western Canadian Properties Group Ltd and Western Canadian Construction Company Ltd.

John Bean, Chief Financial Officer, is a financial executive who brings strong financial management and controls to the organization.Under his leadership, Western Canadian construction company Ltd has developed excellent construction financing programs, allowing the company to be extremely competitive in its pricing. John has served on numerous boards and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is a CPA (BC), CA.
