This project includes over 221,000 sq ft of development space to create two 15 story towers. The towers will include 80 safe shelter beds, 25 homes with access to 24/7 shelter assistance, 90 new affordable rental homes, 56 new market rental homes, and a ground floor social enterprise business. This is a partnership project between WCPG Construction Ltd., BC Housing, City of Vancouver and Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Center Society.
