This project consists of two six storey strata buildings in British Columbia’s fastest growing municipality. Designed by Lovick Scott Architects, Tower A and B consist of 123 units with a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom + den apartments that share an underground parkade with 137 spaces, conjoining the two buildings.

This 77-unit, 5 storey wood frame apartment building is being constructed over a concrete parkade. It will contain 53% one-bedroom units and 47% two-bedroom units. This purpose built rental project is developed in partnership with the CMHC affordable rental program.

These homes will be targeted under the Housing Hub’s Provincial Rental Supply Program for middle income households. It's being developed in partnership with the CMHC Affordable Rental Program.

In this project, we’re working with the Kwikwetlem First Nation to develop 14 on-reserve multi-family homes. All homes will meet Step Code 3 energy requirements and comply with the BC Housing design guidelines.
