Oceanview Rental Apartments Project

This project includes 79 affordable rental homes, totalling over 143,000 sq.ft. in a five storey wood frame building. These homes will be targeted under the Housing Hub’s Provincial Rental Supply Program for middle income households. It's being developed in partnership with the CMHC Affordable Rental Program.
